Overview
Isheaga is a Counseling & Consulting Services website, found by Donicka Budd. It represents an integrated and holistic approach to therapy that draws its inspiration from the four elements of nature: Air, Water, Earth, and Fire which are synonymous with the Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit connection that are fundamental to living a balanced and fulfilled life.
Goal
The goal is to grow the brand’s private practice, communicate what they get to offer to the public, and eventually expand their potential income sources.
Process
Questionnaire - The brand owner initially partook in a questionnaire that served as an ongoing brainstorming document.
Interview - A one-on-one interview was conducted to get insight into the bond between the clients and the brand. In this phase, the more information we intake, the better solid ground to hold on to.
Sketching & Sitemap - After developing a persona, a workshop was conducted where I sketched out ideas and created a vision for the design. To then visualize the main contents of the website, a sitemap was created.
Client Presentation - At the end of the project, I created a presentation for my clients at Isheaga to communicate as well as show the final design and provide recommendations. It was also to get feedback by running a usability test.
